  : Great location, groceries, pubs and restaurants nearby. Bus stop right next to it. Short walk for the underground.
  : You could hear all the noise from the other rooms. We heard when people were showering, when they were playing music, a phone buzzing in the middle of the night, phones ringing, alarms going off, people walking, we heard everything. And also from the corridor, the door doesn't isolate any sound. Whenever other guests were walking or talking in the corridor we heard them like they were inside our bedroom. Fortunately, there was no one partying all night, because we would definitely have heard it.The bed was a bit small but it could fit us both, just not much extra space beside our bodies'.

  : For us it was located close to where we needed to be for us to see family
  : As I informed the manager at the property during our entire stay not once did they change the sheets or linen even after having made the request. To clean the room they said you must put the sign outside but many times even after putting the sign no one would service the room. They emptied the bin only after 2/3 days that too after telling them. Same with towels we would have to tell them to change the towels after 2/3 days. Service wise they are not efficient. If you have dishes in the sink they dont do them. When they go in to service they only empty the bin and put fresh towels. No sweeping or mopping the floors, No making the beds, No sort of service at all

  : The location is 10 mins from the tube station with lots of bars and restaurants close by.The room itself was well equipped with a double bed and a single. The kitchen was great with a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob and washing machine. Enough cutlery and crockery/glassware for number of occupants and a good sized bathroom with a decent shower..The room was clean however a little tlc in the bathroom is required chipped tiles, discolored grout etc. It wouldn't take much to improve the overall appearance at all.We would definitely stay here again.
  : There was very little natural light in the room we were in. It was room 2 and towards the back of the property. A tiny skylight and no windows made it very dark and there is clearly an issue with humidity in this room. The safe didn't work.

  : - 10 mins from Finsbury Station, minutes walk from various bus lines, right opposite to Tesco, 8 mins walk from Lidl and Morrison and other grocery stores - fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer which have been super useful during our 3 week stay- We did not ask for cleaning services everyday but when the cleaning lady cleaned, she was very thorough, except for emptying the rubbish bin.
  : - We had inquired room on ground floor (knowing we would have a lot of luggages) prior to booking and requested for the same when we booked, but they did not give us the ground floor rooms saying it was the best for us given we were for quite a long time. Not sure we understood the reasons. We thought it was because the all 3 people bedroom were upstairs but found out there are other 3 people bedrooms on ground floor also.- Not only we did not get the ground floor we requested. We found out that our room was the only one with the old, ugly, dirty tiles and many other rooms had the new, clean, wooden floor board. We could see clearly when we walked past other rooms and the cleaning ladies left the doors open. We could see that other rooms were also larger and better distributed.- Mattresses were way too soft and we were getting back pain.- We had to ask the rubbish bins to be emptied. Else it would be full and overflowing.- At daily rate of 200, we found the room very expensive, particularly given its worn look. Would have been happier if we were given the newer ground floor rooms.
