  : we leave the room, everything was ok. after the owner send me message the the bed was demaged. But I dont see the message. The landlord deducted 200 ponds directly from visa card without to say we the price and the photo. At first we asked the landlord to refund the £200, but he refused to refund the money. Later, we reported it to customer service, who contacted the landlord and wanted a refund of 200 pounds. But the landlord didn't give any reply. This deduction of 200 ponds is very unreasonable. First, when we arrived at the room, the landlord did not check with us whether the bed was in good condition. We are all normal weight. The landlord didn't come to check if anything was damaged when we left. We took pictures of room when we left to told him everything is in order. After 10 hours he send us a message saying we had damaged the bed. No pictures, no invoice were sent me to prove that the damage was worth £200. He directly deducted 200 pounds from us. Secondly, how did the landlord prove that the damage was worth £200. Is it entirely up to the landlord to set the price?

  : Not really a dislike, just a little confusion with the bathrooms. As there was other peoples stuff in them, we weren't sure if we had set bathrooms for set rooms.
