  : I did “not” stay at OYO Kings; even though we were scheduled there (for months), we were contacted a month before arrival and told they had to move us to a different location - Boston Court OYO near Marble Arch. The location was okay but not what we had scheduled or wanted. Water pressure and temp in the shower was fine. The shower and sink were in the room but toilet downstairs. There was a coffee/tea facility in the room, and the temp in the room was good.
  : I had changed the originally planned dates in the Booking app, but either Booking doesn’t talk to OYO or they just missed the change, because OYO didn’t expect us on arrival and had us down as no-shows from the earlier day we had originally planned to arrive. The original staff we dealt with was very unprofessional even though I had emails showing OYO had moved us and proof of date change and full pre-payment. Luckily, there was a room for the night and they “finally” got it figured out the next day (but it was an ordeal). The toilets need a total upgrade, and the bedding is obviously old - doesn’t look like bedspreads have been cleaned in a while.

  : The door was never opened. Had to ring Booking.com who provided a replacement accommodation 5 miles away after waiting at the door knocking for almost 20mins in the cold rain at night.

  : When we arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night, we were sent to the wrong room (someone was already sleeping inside that room). Back at the reception we had to wait for an whole hour until they finally gave us the key to another room. It seemed like this room was usually not used quite often, because the receptionist was unable to open the door at first and then realized that the window was broken. So we had to sleep with the window open all night (in February!). In the morning we were told that we had originally booked a room in another building (around the corner) and that our room would have been available all night and we should move there immediately. The receptionist promised us that the hotel manager would take care of all these inconveniences and gave us his contact details, but unfortunately he ignored us and all emails remained unanswered. I've been to London a few times now, but I've never had such bad experiences in any other hotel. I definitely cannot recommend this hotel.
