  : The views outside the window was nice.
  : On the first day of my arrival, I found that the electronic lock of room 11 was not functioning properly. So I spent around 20mins opening that door with very limited assistance via phone from the Staykeeper. Finally, I discovered that this lock works by chance. After 20 mins of trying over and over again, I entered the room. Plus, the 4 plugs in that room were not functioning as well, so I had to charge my electronic devices in the common kitchen. Due to the failure of plugs, the TV could not be used as well. Furthermore, there was not even a duvet on the bed. I reported these 3 problems above on the 18th of July and got the promises that those will be checked and solved on the 19th. However, those problems were never solved until I checked out. Within the 4 days and 3 nights of my stay, I called Staykeeper over 10 times and every time I got the feedback that those should be solved soon, but that is a lie. The most ridiculous situation happened on the 20th. In the morning, because I needed to charge my phone in the common kitchen, I went out of my room and later realised that I could never get in because the lock STOPPED FUNCTIONING TOTALLY. So I CALLED THE STAYKEEPER and was forced to leave but unprepared. Whereas, the receptionist promised me to open me at night when I am supposed to be back. However, this never happened. On the night of the 20th, after 40mins of trying to open the door of room 11, I failed. I was exhausted and extremely depressed. I followed the instructions via phone call and tried many many times. I was allocated to room 7 with all my personal belongings locked in room 11. But thankfully, this time the plugs in room 7 are functioning properly and there is a duvet on the bed. I should probably feel grateful. In the morning of 21th, the time that I should check out, I received a phone call from staykeeper that the assistant will be there at 10 am helping me to open the door and get my stuff out. However, the assistant did not come.

  : The guy who met me was super friendly and chatty. The room itself was clean and comfortable, the location is great and the accesss to the kitchen is a great plus. I would recommend just be persistent on contact.
  : I had to wait to check inbecause there is no way to let them know you're here, the code for my room wasn't ready so had to wait another 15 mins for that and I was told I would be emailed it, which I never was. Contact before was terrible - had to chase them to pay and forocation. I then had to chase them for refund after for the deposit.
