  : Exceptionally clean, great little touches such as snacks, drinks and toiletries. Fab location! Would stay again.
  : Noise from the bar - but that's to be expected. Take earplugs! Oh and not being able to buy wine to take to the room after it closed wasn't great.

  : The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and included. The people working at the pub were great -served us drinks just as they were about to close. it was located near a tube station to get anywhere in London easily.
  : We had to drag luggage up multiple flights of stairs, which we can still do, but if you have difficulty with stairs, don’t stay here. it was located in the bustling financial area. The toilet in the room did not flush easily. I was disappointed the pub didn’t serve food in the evening.

  : Excellect location for transferring from London to Stansted Airport via Liverpool St. Station/ Stansted Express train. Rooms are above a local pub, but are very quiet. The pub and neighborhood are also excellent And safe. Rooms are very comfortable, modern and large. Must carry luggage up stairs to rooms.
  : The stairs were a slight inconvenience, but not an issue considering the benefits of this location and services.

  : we got the room „bricklane“- the check-in was terrible. crowded pub full of drunk english people. we got a room and wanted to have a look out the window.- we saw nothing than a brickwall with a rusty shovel and garbage in front of us. it was a light shaft in front of our window. we couldnt open it, otherwise the rats would have come in.- no fresh air for four days, only AC- the shower was leaking, the door was to high, so all the water flooded out in the toilet and on the floor. - the towles in the toilet were dirty as we arrived. a big black spot with dirt on it. - we asked for an other room, a one like its showed on the pictures below. all the staff said, was: „if you dont like it, you are free to go, but we keep the money.“- nothing in the hotel looks like it is advertised on the pictures. very unfortunate, because it was our honeymoon and it would have be nice to drink a glass of champagne on the shown balcony or a window with a view. instead we shared the champagne with the rats in the light shaft.- better book a „normal“ hotel than this boutique hotel.

  : We have had a room on first floor with an air conditioning system in front of a non isolated window that did not allow any sleep without ear plugs. After talking about this with two staff members nothing has changed.
