  : The apartment was warm and the beds were comfy. There was enough space to store our luggage and it was handy having two bathrooms.
  : The instructions for collecting the keys were not correct with an out of date telephone number given to us. The flat had maintenance issues which the landlord acknowledged during our stay. He sent someone in and he said he would get the broken fridge replaced and the towel radiator was also going to be replaced because it leaked. This was all confirmed in a series of text messages. After our stay, the landlord said there weren't any maintenance issues and everything had been checked and it all worked. The fridge did not work correctly because the freezer compartment was completely frozen so the door would not close and it was not a safe temperature. The towel rail in the bathroom leaked and left a mess on the floor every morning. The crockery was not clean, there were some dirty bowels and the drawers were a mess. Generally it felt like the kitchen area needed a good clean. The area that the apartment is in is questionable, there were a lot of teenagers around and we saw a fight in the square that the apartment overlooks. Generally it was quite noisy.

  : Could not always get enough hot water for 3 showers

  : Great location, parking in the basement of the buiding. 24 hour concierge who was very helpful. Close to shops and public transport links.
  : Beautiful apartment in a very nice building, but very poor level of maintenance, such a shame! No bedside tables, no light by the bed in one of the rooms, kitchen cupboards and drawers that didn't open etc.

  : Very convenient for concert at finsbury park. Great communication from host including recommendations for dinner. Secure parking. Very comfortable bed
  : Only a couple of minor issues with the kitchen area, specifically the extractor hood dripping in grease and an almost impossible set of drawers obstructed by their own cubpoard door. Plus only one wineglass. Easy fixes.
