  : bad smell of smoking that’s not good for kids breathing and they didn’t have us some extra time to check out that we have kids with us but we managed. thanks

  : i was given flat 1 on the first floor.1) the location was exceptional specially with you are with females who are addicted to shopping.2) it was clean & warm since my booking was in dec. the first room was good in size compared to the second room which was remarkably small.3) the living room was big and the furniture was comfortable.4) the kitchen was nicely equipped and clean.5) the bathroom is good in size and with towels.
  : during the stay i suffered from the following:1) i stayed outside until i could of get the keys for the building and the flat.2) the shower head was malfunctioned and the staff promised to look into it and fix it.3) the bed in room 1 was not balanced and it resulted in uncomfortable sleep.4) electricity was disconnecting due to problems in the outlets in the kitchen when i switch on the boiler and the toaster but it was not an issue for us at all.5) the table in the living room was chipped and they promised to look in to it.

  : the beds were terrible, old and need to be changed , you sink when you lay on them also some nice bed linens would be nice.bathroom was functional but mould in the corners also needs updating.there were light fittings hanging off the walls, an open power/ phone line outlet hanging off the wall.walls are very thin and you hear the neighbours talking clearly and you hear people coming and going making it difficult to sleep.couch was stained and tried to cover up with a cheap blanket.definitely not presented as in the pictures also had to wait 2hrs past the check in time on a rainy day and then not meet at the property by the host to let us in and the host said sorry I’m meeting other guests…and on the day of checking out, cleaners knock on the door 45min before asking when we were leaving. Not impressed
