  : Very little. It was well located and even though the remote managing was slightly disconcerting, the staff were commutable to my requests.
  : This was possibly the worst stay Ive ever had in London. My room wasnt cleaned up after the previous guest. I checked in early (something the remote staff told me I could do) and informed the cleaner DIRECTLY that although my bags were in my room, it still needed cleaning. When I came back at 1 that evening, the mess was still there. I had to strip and couldnt use the soiled towels. It was disgusting. I also didnt feel safe in my room, there was a door linking me to the room next to me, and it wasnt outfitted with a proper lock, instead I think theyve just wedged something in front of it, but this was very much shiftable. If I was a female traveller, I wouldnt have felt even slightly comfortable with that setup. For what I paid, this was foul to a degree where Ive considered reaching out to the authorities to flag this establishment as a hazard since it wasnt conforming to even the most basic of my needs (clean room, and safe). This is all to say nothing of the terrible noise proofing, rude staff who I bumped into, and the windowless rooms which are overpriced for what you receive. Steer well away from this establishment.

  : Smell of dirty wet carpet, no replacement of basic items like shampoo and toilet paper, no cleaning of the room, no removal of garbage or making your bed. Internet and television didnt worked because the room was in the basement.
