The Belgravia Apartment

Very Good

  : This little apartment is great if you are 5’8” or shorter. The location is fabulous and very safe, the apartment has everything you need and a full size bathtub! It is also quiet—we did not need earplugs to sleep. It’s a good value for the money and the little house has a lot of character. It was easy to contact the host and get the keys, the house was clean with plenty of cooking utensils and basics. There is a M&S Simply food at Victoria station down the street where you can pick up excellent fresh bread and ready made food for reasonable prices. A full grocery store is about a 12 min walk away.
  : If you are tall, you will simply not fit in the furniture and will have trouble navigating the stairs and doorways. The beds and pillows are not comfortable, but these beds and bedding are normal for London hotels—I haven’t slept in anything nicer when staying in a London hotel. There really isn’t much to complain about, it’s a good little place and I would stay here again.

  : House is old and cleaning lady does not come everyday for cleaning..

Disappointing

  : The location was excellent.belgravia is a quiet area but close to Victoria station with access to the underground,supermarkets and many restaurants.
  : However the property was probably the worst place we have ever stayed in.It smelt badly of mould and mildew.The carpet and furniture were very dirty and smelly.I don’t think the curtains had ever been washed.It was also so pokey and very cluttered.If you want to stay in Belgravia find another venue.

  : Location was great. Good kitchen facilities.Within walking distance of some great restaurants.Close to Westminster Cathedral.Short taxi or uber rides to nearly every other attraction.
  : Both beds were slanted and difficult to sleep on.Shower curtain was dirty, as well as the rug.Even though we arrived after 6:00 PM, someone should have met us there without a $50 fee to explain the workings of the apartment.

  : Very close to Victoria. Peaceful and quite.
  : Small and old place. Cluttered. Washer dryer doesnt work very well. I spent 6 hours trying to dry our clothes, last night of our stay. Looks better in photos. Not much around the place, if you are a tourist.
