  : This hotel offers a complete self-service experience, which required me to pay an additional 250 euros as a deposit. It has now been three weeks, and I have yet to receive a refund. My attempts to contact them have been met with silence. It has been a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying at this place.

  : No clean up for the duration of our stay. The little beverage supplied in the room couldn't have satisfied 2 people for 6 day stay.

  : The hotel was well situated, within walking distance of both Edgware Road tube stations and Paddington station. Numerous bars, cafs and restaurants are also close-by, offering a large selection of various cuisines. Checking in was facilitated by the online option and the room was comfortable with a large bed and spacious bathroom. The bathroom itself was clean and soap & shampoo supplies were generous.
  : Although the room was adequate, there was little room for any large luggage/baggage and no real space to store clothing. There was an alcove within the room which would have been a perfect spot, and size, where shelves and hooks could have been installed to allow for a suitcase to be placed, the room's mini-bar fridge to be incorporated along with the safe and ironing board. Space would definitely have been gained. The cleanliness was good except for noticeable stains on the carpet.
