  : Staff was friendly, room was somewhat spacious and it had a small fridge. 15 minutes walk from Hammersmith station for buses and underground.
  : The facilities are clearly not well maintained. Our quadruple room had 1 regular double bed and another "double bed" that was clearly smaller. They don't clean throughout the stay. We stayed 5 days and they told us to ask for toilet paper and trash removal if we needed more but that was all.The furniture is old, and in an awful state. Beds are old, and the mattresses are completely outdated and rickety. Pillows are thin, old and will give you a nice neck ache.The cleanliness of the premises and the room left way too much to desire. Tons of limescale in the shower, walls are dirty, the windows, fun and furniture were full of dirt.Our room was on the third and top floor, no lift and beware of the stairs, very steep and dangerous. The room gets really hot during the day because of the sun hitting the room directly and they turn on the heating every night, so it was really hard to sleep. We complained 3 times about that and they told us the problem with the heating had been fixed, which was a complete lie. If you are planning to stay here bring your own covers for your eyes, or you won't be able to sleep past 5 am because of the light entering the room. No real shades. This place is definitely not worth the price we paid.
