  : Very clean and quiet and near to the o2 venue we were attending. Cheap and cheerful
  : Metal framed student type bed which I banged my legs on. Also don’t like noisy beds when I role over. Having said that they were clean

  : The staff was welcoming and friendly. Rooms were cleaned everyday. They were decently clean. Rooms where small but enough.

  : The Quadruple room was too small for 4 adults. The small room had space just for 4 beds. There was hardly any space to stow the luggage and walk around.

  : Under renovation wasn’t told when booking. Room didn’t match pictures on site really only a single room with a double bed against a wall . Window didn’t open door alarm broken but staff helpful.

  : The bed and location were great.
  : The room was incredibly small and The walls are so thin and I could hear the next rooms conversation as if they were in the room with me. My stay was for two nights, so upon discovering the tv not working properly, I rung reception to move rooms. The room i was moved to was marginally better in that I had a little bit more space and a working tv, however that soon changed when I discovered I was next to an area of the hotel that was being renovated. Given the incredibly thin walls I mentioned earlier, it’s needless to say it felt like I was on site with them it was that loud. The bed was very comfortable and I was looking forward to utilising the 11am checkout and having a relaxed lie in, until said workman returned and begun work with yet more incessant hammering, drilling and loud camaraderie at 9.00am. Im astonished at the hotel managements blatant disrespect for its guests to even allow works to commence this early. It was that noisy I left by 9.30AM. I wasn’t expecting 5* excellence for the price I paid but this was just a really disappointing experience.

  : The staff was not very talkative, the luggage were left unattended. Too few towels. Nobody asked about our staying or so when we left. Badly organised

  : the building was in construction ans the entire facade was wrapped of scaffolding, this should have been advertising, bad experience. Plenty of rubbish at the entrance, very bad first image of london forr my family
