: It is a great location for a family visit to London; most destinations can be easily reached by walking, and Victoria Station is just behind the corner. The room was clean and comfy, and breakfast was delicious, with many options! It's our second time with kids, and we will stay again!
: It's nothing worth mentioning, but still...Rooms wouldn't mind a bit of a renovation.

: Location for us was excellent, bar area pleasant and rooms satisfactory
: Air con kept resetting back after changing it, rooms were not serviced till after 4pm so never got changed, so had to keep asking for towels, coffee etc, we were out all day expecting rooms to be serviced during the morning, breakfast overpriced and bar drinks expensive
