  : The place was very modern and although it was small the space was used very smartly.
  : It takes a long time to get the deposit back and I also needed a receipt in order to get a refund from booking.com. This has taken over 3 weeks already. When we arrived they were late already and told us they are 10 minutes away to give us the keys, but we were waiting for another 30 min and then needed to call them again and then they said they are 1 hour away. It just seemed a little unprofessional.

  : The property collected me GBP250 cash deposit when I checked in and promised me to make refund within 3 weeks after check out. I have checked out for 1.5 months now and still havent received the refund. Would you kindly make the refund ASAP? I tried to call the property but there is no reply.
