  : Staff were great and very helpful especially the lady on reception who greeted us. The bed was very comfortable and the room very nice. Complimentary drinks on arrival and when they found out it was my birthday, a card and delicious chocolate brownie was put in our room.
  : The hotel is in desperate need of some decorating and new carpet on the stairs. The bannister is loose, the stair paint very, very chipped, the carpet very grubby, dent in wall and a big gash on the side of one one the tables in the restaurant. There was no hot water in our en-suite for a bath or shower.

  : Breakfast was amazing with proper dishes and service in a very pleasant setting. We were upgraded to a deluxe room that had great lighting especially for night reading. Bathroom was equipped with nice Lanvin products. The location is perfect in a calm setting but close to the St Pacras station, the Camden town market and the park.
  : The hotel is not a new building which gives it charm but has drawbacks. The heating was a mobile unit that can be an issue for those sensitive to the noise. I wish there was more space to store toiletries in the bathroom.

  : It was close to the conference I was attending.
  : I have mobility difficulties and no mending of the broken lift over the 3 days. It didn’t seem urgent for them. Helpful with bags but ableist attitude. The first morning breakfast order in, 10 mins later I was told the kitchen couldn’t make it. I was then offered granola which I said yes to, only to have this also refused. 20 mins with nothing and an empty stomach before a busy day. I asked for my money back for that night. They said the breakfast is complementary and they couldn’t do that so beware, this establishment doesn’t have to give you breakfast. This made the welcoming glass of Prosecco and the fuss feel deeply lacking in authenticity somehow. They just don’t care. I left before my third night. The atmosphere was just toxic and I’m still incredulous about their decision to not reimburse me for a night. It is dangerous for me to not eat with the medication I take. Worst stay ever through booking.com. Room 5 has a noisy function room next to it. Bathroom an, access minefield.

  : Excellent location and lovely bar/restaurant. Staff were utterly lovely and excellent service.
  : No curtains/blinds over the glass roof in the suite so very bright in the morning.Also, beautiful room slightly spoiled by two blue industrial heaters
