  : Given its amazing location tucked into a very quite lane between Harrods and Sloane St this property is hard to beat in terms of the space in the room and the comfort it provides. The property is "unmanned" so need to be pretty self sufficient here which is exactly what I wanted so was great - and was made very clear in the booking process.
  : There were two relatively minor niggles.1. I got a bit confused on arrival - mainly my issue with not understanding the instructions properly but once I was in the property all was good. 2. The fire alarm went off at 6am and whilst I was certainly OK that this happened (better than finding there are no alarms when its too late) the lack of staff near the property did mean that even in the false alarm situation we had it was some time before resolution was reached and we could re-enter the building. I think there needs to maybe (even if not advertised) be someone within a few minutes of the building each night in case of emergency.

  : Hani - the only staff who was helpful, warm and pleasant.
  : EverythingThe check in procedure was awful (self check in but the lift was not working, the steps were lengthy and NO STAFF ON-SITE even though it was 5pm).The staff on hand (21 Dec 2022, excluding Hani who was on leave and was a dear on our check out) - had to call their personal mobiles as there is no true number to contact reception. No staff were present. Staff who spoke to me were bigoted, rude (e.g. stated that I was American when they spoke to me on the phone... Like what does American have to do with needing help?) and unhelpful. One staff in particular was extremely condescending and sexist. The room was old, tired and did not come with a room key. There was ZERO HEATING and it was a freezing room. Cracks in the wall and lame towels. Bed was not comfortable. Carpet had stains. Bathroom was gross with tonnes of limescale. The shower pressure was a dribble the water was not hot. The toilet flush was so stuck it took full body weight to flush the toiletMy room did not come with a room key. Had to call the staff to enquire. Said staff then directed me to the reception (remember, NO STAFF ON HAND) gave me the combination lock into the reception room and directed me to the master keys cabinet where I could help myself to my room key (all other room keys were there too). WiFi connection was terrible.The only lift in the premises did not work at all.No amenities as shown in photos.We checked in 630pm, left at 8am the next morning.PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST. THIS IS A SCAM
