  : I liked nothing about the property. it was the most disgusting places Ive event stayed in my life.
  : it was filthy and covered in black mold. The shower was collapsing and when the toilet was no longer working, no one could be reached to fix it. The entire place smelled like smoke. We ended up leaving early. We were never even able to check out with anyone as we couldnt reach anyone. The rooms look nothing like the pictures.

  : This place is falsely advertised. It is a filthy disgusting place that smells of mold and sewage. The bathroom was so dangerous. Toilet seat wasn't fitted. Toilet didn't drain blocked. Behind the toilet is brown plastic to fill the holes and a tape which says Fragile as the tiles have come off. Shower moved when I got in it and was extremely dangerous to get out. It has been secured to try keep it from moving with so much silicon. The runner on the shower fell off and was so full of mold and dirt. The tiles on the floor are loose and collapsed into rotten wood. The bed base is torn with a giant hole and brown stains. Then general paintwork is disgusting dirty. The first night I didn't sleep there as it smelled so bad. The second night the bathroom and toilet were not acceptable due to blocked toilet and there are tiles taped with fragile tape. I slept at a friend the first night. I asked to be moved to a better room and was given a room with a shared bathroom that had loads of rubbish in it. The toilet paper was gone in the morning leaving me with using tissues which I had brought with me. This bathroom has so much mold and water damage. The corridor is full of ladders and construction rubbish. A mirror at the end of the corridor covers all the mold and water damage. It is not fit for humans nor renting out. I want a full refund for my stay in this hole of a place. I have taken videos and photos which do not come anywhere near the photos on this site. Shocked that this place is on Booking.com
  : Nothing. It is a health hazard and is full of mold and dangerous bathrooms.No wifi as advertised Tv is a joke...

  : It was a basement room with a bad smell and less air, there was not even a fan available. no service, cleaning of the room and washroom.

  : Nothing much, the communication with the host was horrible and unprofessional. I will never travel and book this listing again, but whats more, I will never travel with Booking itself again, as its customer service is so bad (we have contacted it upon arrival - both emailed and called, and until this time got no message back).
  : The photos in the Booking listing did not match the property at all, we were put into a room with no front door - when we asked about the safety, the host told us it is normal for London and that "safety precautions" differ from country to country (it was lacking a front door - he explained how it would be okay it there was a curtain if it was for him). He was arrogant, claiming he wont help me if I continue on demanding clarification on the state of the room and accommodation. On the day we were supposed to check in, about 5 hours before, he contacted me that the room I have booked is full (basically that theres other guests living in the ROOM I PAID FOR) and if Im okay with getting a different room. I said yes (what am I supposed to say, we needed a place to sleep). After coming to the property, we were accommodated in a room suited for 2 people (we are 3 people) and told to wait so he can get us a bed. Everything in there smelled bad, was dirty and dusty - dingy in general. I have asked our host to explain the circumstances we were put in, but got shouted at and told that "if I don't like it, I should just cancel it through Booking - I would not get any money back since I would have been cancelling it on the day of check in. The host then left to "go get us a third bed" from a different apartment, when he called me if we want a different room for additional cost of 150 pounds. I negotiated 100 pounds for a new apartment in a new building. So not only I had to pay additional 100 pounds for an apartment I have paid for originally, I got also scammed. Also, we had to wait for 40 minutes in front of the building to check in - the host clarified that we should call 30 minutes prior to arrival, what we have done, and he still did not manage to come on time. Disgusting stay, disgusting service. And furthermore, I am deeply confused from the amount of help we have received from Booking customer service in a time of need - none.

  : Damp,nothing like the photos,unclean,toilet didn't work just daylight robbery never stay here ended up with chest infection from the damp stay away the pics are not even the same place a con
