  : The apartment was beautifully decorated in a quirky, individual style which gave it a lovely homely feel, rather than the stark minimalism of many hotel rooms. The settees and beds were very comfortable, the facilities included everything we needed, the kitchen was well equipped. There were toiletry items provided similar to those in a hotel, water in the fridge and several other useful kitchen store cupboard items. The bedrooms were both a good size, one double and one (I think) 3/4 (small double) bed. This was perfect for us as we were a party of 3. As other people have mentioned, the apartment is set over 3 floors with the entrance and kitchen on the ground; living room and bathroom on the first floor; and 2 bedrooms on the second floor. It was amazing to have so much space located so centrally in London, also with the convenience of a tube station (Pimlico) just across the road.
  : The only small thing I would say is that there were several marks on the carpet (looked like drink spillages), mainly on the first flight of stairs and first floor landing, which meant they were one of the first things we saw. These could probably be removed with spot carpet cleaner, which would give a better first impression. The only other suggestion is to provide a small amount of washing up liquid for people who prefer to wash pots by hand rather than use the dishwasher (or who dont have many pots). Other than that, everything else was great, thank you!

  : Our stay was great! Very pleasant and quiet surroundings, so comfortably next to the underground station and also in a walking distance of many sights.Admittedly, we spent most of our time outside, but it was always nice to arrive back at our temporary home. The living room was a cozy place to hang out a little and debrief the day before heading to sleep.
  : Overall, it was honestly all great. Two things we complained about amongst ourselves: * We chose to make our own breakfast and found there to not be any convenient pans (with a handle) - wasn't a showstopper though. *The toilet paper supply for three people over the length of our stay felt a little rationed.Additionally, there was some trouble with the lockbox that appeared on the day of our arrival. Not a big deal, we were given very good instructions on what to do instead and the host was very responsive over the chat in Booking. I did think, however, if I hadn't had internet and had just arrived from the airport to the accommodation - how could this have played out?! (Then again, is anyone even travelling without connection nowadays )

  : The space is amazing, well decorated, spacious, warm, located close to the Pimlico underground.There is Netflix available, nice WiFi, was easy to follow checkin instructions.
  : Its not the property fault, but there was no hot water during our stay, which compromised a bit our experience. They proposed an alternative location for us , but we werent able to use it as we were out all day.
