  : The apartment was clean and I had plenty of information prior to my arrival.
  : The sofa wasn't very comfortable for sitting on, not sure how it would do as a bed.

  : We stayed 2 nights. There is no hot water. We phoned the staff, and he came in the 2nd day morning and could not fix it. He said he would come back in the midday. We did not hear any responses fro text, mobile or email. We phoned the manager at the dinner time, he said he has sent someone to there. But how is the result? He needed to follow up and gave us a call. About 1 hour later, he said they could not fix it, and he finally refunded 1 night accommodation fee to us. However, it was terrible for us to shower in 8°C without hot water. Window glass was a little bit broken but nobody mentioned to us. Small bed was very uncomfortable. After we paid the accommodation fee, we received the email that we need to pay £30 nonrefundable money or pay refundable £150 deposits for possible damage the property. This information should be mentioned in the advertising before we pay the money.

  : It' s the first time we took the key from the lockbox. We spent too much time to have the key. If there is a clear picture for the lockbox will be better.
