  : Location was great. The flat itself is fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. Great for the the price. If the toilet was in working order we would have stayed here for the full 5 weeks we were in the area.
  : The toilet was broken and was not fixed throughout our stay, despite requests. We had an ensuite in one bedroom, but this was unsuitable for sharing.The TV was very complicated to operate. Perhaps for someone with reasonable tech skills it would be the greatest system ever, but we could not get bbc1!

  : The sofa had a huge rip in it which was covered up with a very smelly and dirty blanket. It was not in keeping with the flat at all and prevented us from being able to sit on it. The picture shows the sofa intact....misadvertising.

  : The lighting did not work; 6 out of the 8 bulbs in the lounge were dead. The bulb in the lamp was dead. The sockets in the en suite bedroom were not working. There was a tear in the sofa and the mirror in the back bedroom was broken. There was no iron but an ironing board. The flat was too hot at all times. I did contact Houst about these issues but they were not resolved. There was no cold water in the bath only hot or warm. The wifi was shocking and kept dropping in and out with the TV freezing all the time.

  : Most of the ceiling lights did not work. The sofa was ripped. The TV did not work. The kitchen was poorly equipped.The windows looked out directly onto an all night club with associated noise. We were not told of this in advance.A large mirror on the wall was broken with the glass dangerously hanging part out. The fixings were likely to give way at any time.

  : Very old, poor quality sofa - very ripped & smelly. Poorly equipped kitchen. Half used toiletries & food left behind as well as clothing from previous occupants. There was an ironing board but no iron!!! This was complained about by another reviewer a few months previously & I asked if these issues were resolved & was told by Houst agency that they were. This was completely untrue. Very thin mattresses & smelly flat pillows. My pillow was blood-stained.Door keys barely worked, a duplicate set provided after we repeatedly requested a new set did not work AT ALL. I was locked out once & another tenant had to let me in.Internet very, very poor- forced to use Internet cafe due to terrible quality. Hugely disappointed- however we did get a discount after repeatedly explaining the issues
  : Very poor clean. No pictures or personal touches, missing items - like the iron! No microwave & horrible, rusty saucepans. Our bathroom door handle almost dropping off

  : it was very spacious, modern and clean. The location was excellent and a good basis to explore plus all the local fab restaurants.
  : the only issue we had (and this is no fault of the owner) is that it can be quite noisy. Smithfield’s, Fabric etc all in close proximity.
