  : The location is fabulous, the apartment is very spacious and has a luxury feel to it, and the check in/out is easy and works well.
  : The air cooling system doesn’t seem to make a difference even when instructions are followed to make it more effective - the main rooms are easier to cool by opening the windows but one of the bedrooms remained at 27-29 degrees for three days.

  : The location and the flat itself was amazing well decorated and alot of privacy yet right at the heart of covent gardens close to underground. Recommend coming at winter not summer.
  : The only major downside is that no one is there when you need something you need to contact via chat and there is no air condition in the flat it was very hot days and the temp was 27 degrees in the room all day long and night we had to sleep naked untill we asked for extra fans and using all of them it was 24 degrees at night which was better but not comfortable. Considering the price they should think on upgrading to air con. Lastly the kitchen has no equipment to make food so you cant make an omlette only one deep cooking pan and that is all for breakfast cooking pan is needed.

  : Someone had been smoking in the apartment prior to us and it had impregnated the fabric of the sofas

  : Felt like home and couldn’t find anything to complain. Convenient location, easy access to the underground station and many food choices. Will come back again. Thanks.
  : Please check the bulb of the table lamp in the bedroom. Also will appreciate if the landlord can give instructions on how to deal with the daily trashes.
