  : The flat unfortunately suffers from noise from above. Every footstep in the flat above causes the floor to creak loudly. The person upstairs is simply going about his life - but no sound insulation Makes sleep impossible Easily fixed if noise insulation added to the flat above

  : For other travelers, if new to this part of London, just be aware that space comes at a premium. the place is compact, but clean, functional, and great location for hampstead village and the Heath. stairway is narrow and steep: fine for us but may be challenging for those with mobility issues.

  : The location was fab and the pre-arrival information was great. The apartment was lovely and clean and the beds ready made including the one in the living room.
  : The bed in the bedroom was so uncomfortable; you could feel every spring which made an uncomfortable sleep. The upstairs neighbours weren’t excessively noisy however you could hear them open their bedside drawers and use the loo. Also the floorboards were ridiculously squeaky upstairs with them even just walking across the floor; not the landlords fault but really needs to be sorted.
