  : Our plan was to have a couple of hours relaxing in the property and getting ready for our night out. Unfortunately as we called to check in at 3pm we were informed the property was not ready. We were able to drop of our bags but had to leave straight away. Due to our dinner plans and theatre booking we didn’t actually get into the property until late evening.

  : great location, great space. Had a few travel issues and cannot praise the staff enough for the communication and help they gave us to sort our concerns & worries. On a while the apartment was fantastic. Bedrooms were very comfortable. great kitchen & living room.
  : carpet had a lot of stains- not sure what from, we suspected maybe cleaning products. 3rd bed (sofa bed) had a Wooden blank down the middle making it difficult to sleep & uncomfortable. Apartment was top floor so be prepared to climb up steep stairs, if May not be for you if you struggle with stairs. location downside- it is in Covent Garden so is noisy at all hours.

  : Location is amazing, couldn't be better. The lady who let us in was lovely, and helpful when we had a problem with the lights.
  : The second bedroom is not a twin, it's a box room with a foldout bed. This is an amazing apartment for 2, I have no idea how you'd fit 8 in. The fold out beds were not comfortable and the sofa beds would be even worse

  : It is in a great location for the theatre, though be ware everything shuts down before 11pm in the area.
  : The check in window is very narrow with the hosts saying they will charge £15/per hour that you are not there.The carpets were frayed and not fitted properly, there were one blind in both bedroom and living room which could not open as they were broken, there were some stains on the carpets, the sofas were hard and not comfortable, the speed of the WiFi was less than 2mbps!!!The toliet in the bathroom is so close to the sink you have to sit on it sideways if you have legs.The bathroom needed a good mop as there was limescale everywhere on the tiles, the extraction fan in the shower did not work and was clogged with dust, which considering there is no window in this room would have been a blessing.One of the towels had hairs in it.All of the lamps had the light bulbs partly unscrewed so they wouldn't turn on until we tighten the bulbs in and one still did not work then.The floor is not level where Ch cause the draw on one of the bedside tables to constantly slide back open.The bedding was clean, but you have to like a very solid matress as it is like sleeping on a slab.There was water damage to one of the shelves in the front room.The apartment is also not very well insulated for sound so you hear everything through the night and the apartment above sounds like they have an elephant practicing for a marathon up there.

  : Lightning was poor, Led lights above shelves didn’t work(one continually flickered so had to turn off) , big lamp in lounge didn’t work and lighting in hall, where the only mirror near a plug was, was very dim. Bed in lounge was very uncomfortable. wooden toilet seat could do with replacing and drainage of bathroom sink not good. Needed a mirror in bedroom. Quite a lot of noise when in the lounge from the bar below and the street until well after midnight.

  : The Location was superb, the property was Ok and was clean and tidy, it would have been perfect for a couple but we were a family.
  : Lights didn't work properly some didn't work at all, there were no toiletries as stated there would be in the details, the toilet didn't flush properly, other than the main double bed the other beds were dreadful, one was a sofa that was broken and incredibly uncomfortable, the other was a mattress in what could only be described as a broom cupboard off the main bedroom which was freezing.We were asked to let them know when wanted to pick the key up we did and they were 30 minutes late, we then couldn't check out and they wanted to charge us for leaving our bags there, at no point did they come to meet us to collect the keys so we had to leave the apartment unlocked.The apartment just was not fit for purpose.We paid nearly £400 for one nights accommodation for a family and feel ripped off.
