  : Central and vibrant, but the flat was very quiet. I was only there for a few hours (most of them asleep) and didn't use many of the facilties, but everything I did use worked well. Staff (by phone) were very helpful.
  : I had to pay a 100 cleaning deposit, and was told that I will have to wait over a week for a refund. Since I was able to pay the money into their account at two minute's notice, I should have thought that the refund could be made as soon as the cleaner had certified that I had left the place neat and tidy.

  : The flat is located in the heart of Covent Garden, a stone's throw from the market and the Royal Opera House. The area is full of theatres, cafes and restaurants. Housed in a beautiful Victorian building, this cosy retreat provided the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

  : I like the location of the property. The size of Living room is perfectly fit for two people.
  : Check out time is too early at 10 am for foreign travelers. And they dont have any buffer time like 1-2 hours from staffs feedback, if they have next client, which we can understand, but the answer is a big NO and we need to pay extra per hour. The size of bed is too small for 2 people.
