  : The location was good, pretty walkable to restaurants and shops.
  : Musty, mildew smell was very strong right when we arrived and even after trying to air out the place it still smelled throughout our stay. For some reason they air dry their sheets in a couple of the closets but they are piled up and wet which leaves a strong sour smell while you are there and you can still smell it on the dry bedding during your stay. Everything seems to be just cleaned to the very bare minimum and the interior is either old or poorly maintained (not quite at pictured). The noise from the street and surrounding buildings is very loud which made it hard to sleep. The lights in all the rooms constantly flicker a bit. No basic shampoo, body wash. There were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher and a dirty kitchen towel left as well. Property manager didnt bother to respond when I brought up the issues.

  : its in a fantastic location, walking distance from all tourist & activity areas in London. Apartment itself is big by London standards, fitted with all necessary utilities all in working condition. It was very clean and well maintained.
  : The apartment is up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator access. Not suitable for people with ease of access requirements.

  : It's quite difficult for me to take 4 big luggage to go upstairs of 3rd floor. The stairs is too narrow to take luggage.

  : great location quick walk to all of the sites and very central.
  : *this is NOT the propertys fault* but please be aware when booking that its on the 3rd floor with no elevator. If youre traveling with a lot of luggage it will take multiple trips up! air conditioning was not great but the apartment did provide a few fans.

  : The location and ease of check-in and check-out was great. Very close to St Paul's cathedral and Blackfriars tube station. The apartment was spacious with two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and nice living area. The host provided lots of information about local amenities and detailed information about our stay beforehand.
  : There were no mugs to make coffee so we had to use glasses which wasn't the most practical. Due to the flat being close to a road, there was quite a lot of noise from people and traffic. It would have been nice to be able to leave bags when checking out but the host was clear this wasn't possible from the outset and also provided alternative information.

  : The flat was clean and comfortable. Lots of storage and hanging space Easy access to building and flat.
  : No cups/mugs for tea and coffee. The construction was noisy but only during the day. Stairs to to 3rd floor can be a challenge.
