  : The location is good. Very close to Liverpool Street Station. Nevertheless, it was a lot of noise from 6am because of Petitcoat Lane Market just under the window.
  : The check-in because the room was not ready when we arrive. We had to pay a fee for late check-in but the room was not ready to use, so we had to leave and go to another apartment. For the tenant, it was for us "a free upgrade" but in my reality, we had to check-in and check-out twice. We've been in London for the Marathon Weekend and we have had to miss our Saturday event because of this unexpected check-out to the previous booked apartment. Isolation, noisy. The three rooms have a digital code to enter and the apartment too. You can ear the beep of all rooms when someone is entering the apartment or go back to their room after being at the bathroom. Very annoying

  : I had the most horrible experience ever. I had a reservation for a room with a check-in time of 14:00 oclock sharp (I had a wedding to attempt to one hour after). This check-in hour was confirmed with the accomodation, so imagine my surprise when I arrived and they informed me the room is not ready and I will need to wait an hour. I explained my situation and I asked to get changed and ready somewhere else while they prepared the room, no solution was given to me. And at 14.30 when I left, the room was still not ready. But not only was the room not ready, the host also demanded a cash deposit of 150GBP without providing a receipt. They were very unfriendly and unhelpful when I explained I had no cash with me, clock was ticking, I had the luggage with me, I had to go to a wedding and didnt have time to spend withdrawing cash. I asked to give me another solution (card payment for example), and they insisted they only accepted cash. But on top of that, they did not want to give me a receipt for that deposit of 150GBP. The demand for a cash deposit without a receipt is highly irregular and raises concerns about the host's credibility and the security of the transaction. I insisted on receiving a receipt for the deposit as proof of payment, which is a standard and reasonable request. However, the unprofessional and disrespectful host accused me of being non-legit, refused to comply and to give me a receipt as proof of payment, resulting in an inability to check in. I ended up leaving at 14.35, crying on my way to the wedding venue with the luggage, wearing my casual clothes, without a place to stay over that night.

  : Good location, easy to get to transport stops, walking distance to Spitalfields market. It was very clean and good facilities. Good communication from host.
  : There needs to be signage for the property as we got quite lost trying to find it as its just a white door.
