  : Our room was on the top floor, it is a challenge especially when we have luggages.

  : This is a perfect 10 location for transport and food. The space is clean with newer kitchen and bathroom. Washer works great, no dryer, but drying rack. The kitchen is good for preparing small meals, the refrigerator was quite large. Everything worked well. Wifi was good. The bed was comfortable and bedding and towels were sufficient. Small soaps or shampoos were not available. There is a fan that helped mask some of the noise from the city hustle. The sofas and kitchen furniture was comfortable. Window covering provided privacy. All contact was through Email, but the management was very responsive and answered back nearly immediately. There is a beautiful barber near the entrance and a well stocked grocery close by. The British Library is about a 15 minute walk. There is lots of traffic and people, but most are pleasant and helpful.
  : The apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift (elevator). Persons with mobility issues should not even consider this location. By being located in the city center there was lots of noise which was lessened by the white noise of the fan; however if you are a light sleeper you will not be able to sleep through the regular sirens and people talking as they walk through the ally behind the bedroom.

  : The location, central to the city. A bar, restaurants en Tesco are near.
  : The published photos are old and do not reflect the reality. The actual situation is a worn out appartement with dirty walls, mold in the shower and doors which get stuck.

Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : Apartment was close to St Pancras Station which was important for us. It also had basic kitchen facilities. Check in instructions were easy enough. Top floor with no lift may not work for people with mobility issues.
  : We were disappointed in the cleanliness and general condition of the apartment, but did not spend a lot of time there.
