  : The good location of the hotel and the cost of the hotel made it a good stop over spot for an evening.The room was clean and all basic facilities were good. It lived up to expectations.
  : The room was small, but as it was a single and I didn't spend much time in the room.this wasn't an issue

  : Obviously the location is great, that's why I chose it. And it was perfectly clean.
  : The door was locked when I arrived for check in. No one answered the door. There was a phone number on the door but no one answered when I called. I stood alone on the doorstep for half an hour, trying to gain access.

  : Breakfast was poor. Coffee and tea cold, reheated in clear ordinary kettles- on display at main breakfast table to re-boil (as a normal electric kettle would) Rather dangerous as all the coffee boiled over the table.
  : Lock on door faulty, couldn’t lock. No duvet on beds, just ( very clean crisp sheets) and a thin throw cover. So in March that wasn’t warm enough, and no extra blankets etc in room.

  : The room was comfortable and the toilet was very clean with plenty of hot water in the shower
  : The breakfast was limited , and sadly the hot drinks provided were look warm , although the tea and coffee provided in the rooms were perfect

  : Nothing. Horrendous set up
  : Do not book this place. We arrived to a hand written note on the door with a mobile number on it. It was cold and we had my 6 year old. I had NOT had an email or any notification of this and how to get into the hotel? Total shock. We had to phone the number lots of times before answering then a lady wouldn't give us the codes until I looked for my email or notes in booking.com, to which I insisted I did not have. Eventually after her hearing my distress she gave me the codes to get in. Once in, the key holder was room number 4 which we couldn't not find. I looked for ages, I then realised it was room 3 on the keyring, once I found the room it was in the boughs of the hotel with a radiator on full blast I couldnt concentrate and there was no bed for my son. There was a dodgy alleyway out the back of the room and I had to jam something Under the window which I would have to have left wide open all night with this radiator which would not switch off. We had tried calling the hotel for two days straight to confirm our room and the bed for our son who's birthday we were there for. They denied our booking was for the extra child even through it was on our booking and to top this the room was not well kept, the carpet was gross. Whilst .y partner and my son were wisting In the foyer two suspicious looking men came in (let themselves in with key) took one look at them and suspiciously turned around and walked out, this did not make us feel safe at all as why would they do that when they had a key to get in so they were intentionally there. We felt unsafe with all of this and the wide open window without a lock, no bed for our son and a tiny double so it wasn't as if he could squeeze in. We had no choice but to leave and to pay for further accomodation. We have requested refund as we never checked in and they did not provide us with the means to stay on many levels.
