  : Very central location to Covent Garden. Easy to organise key collection. Clean facilities.
  : Our door handle the bedroom was broken and wasn’t very secure. Our bedroom was directly behind the dining room and the noise at night from other guests was very loud.

  : THE ONLY good thing is the location
  : We stayed here for a special occassion and this completely ruined the whole weekend. The place are NOT as we expected as the photos are not a true representationThere is damp on the walls, the ceiling is peeling off as the walls are so wet. The furniture is all chipped. The bathroom cupcoard has been kicked and cracked. I have attached images Further to this , we waited an hour and a half to be taken to the apartment. One of us is pregnant so this was far from ideal - i had to text 3 times and call 8 times to be collected. The address is actually different to what is advertised- its up a different completely Then during our stay on both Friday and Saturday night other guests came home at 2.30am and then had a party banging and crashing, screaming and playing music till 4.30am - so we didnt get any sleep at all on top of the sofa bed being the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept on. You lay on top of all the bars of sofa bed . This stay was nothing but disappointing

  : Room was too tiny, big draft from window and so noisy the single glazing isn't enough. No room to move next to bed and very little storage. Toilet/shower room too small to get changed in.

  : The place didn’t look anything like the photos. The photos the customer sees are very cleverly taken to deceive and hide the reality of the place.We didn’t feel safe in our room. The door was loose as it seemed to have been previously kicked through and had been put back together poorly (see photos).The room wasn’t fit for the number of people we booked with. We booked for 6 and there were only two double beds and one single bed provided. There were no windows in our room and one of the double beds was up a ladder and through a tight hatch which seemed to be a fire and safety hazard. The place was dirty. The bathrooms had cracked mirrors and the broken cabinets. The toilet room didn’t lock. The showers ran out of hot water. The shower was scummy and dirty with hairs and products/toothbrushes people had left behind. Clearly there is not a regular cleaner at the property. There were not enough toilets for the amount of people staying in the building this meant that there were queues to use the facility. We also noticed other customers complaining upon check-in that the property was not up to scratch so they decided to leave and book elsewhere. We didn’t want the place to ruin our day so we stayed after two heated calls with the phone number provided with was cold and unsympathetic to our situation. Please save your time, emotions and money and stay elsewhere!

  : The host refunded my money easily
  : There was a mix up on the system. I was not informed and I was taken to a room which I did not book. However, the premises are not at all similar to the images on line. It was dingy, had a weird smell, a threadbare throw, and the room which I was shown did not have an ensuite. I would not recommend that anyone stays here.
