  : you got what it said on the advert.the property was clean and well equipped.the bed was very comfortable and that's the big bonus.
  : a couple of things that need attention,the plug in the bathroom sink gets stuck and can't come out!instructions how to work the shower would have been helpful!if you find it difficult walking up stairs this could be a problem as the property is on the 4 th floor with no lift.

  : The space in the apartment was lovely, everything we could have asked for was there. The location was right in the middle of London close to Theatreland and all the main tourist attractions.
  : There was nothing we didn't like about the property.

  : The cleanliness was excellent. The facilities were great the apartment was modern and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfy. The bed linen and towels were of a high quality. The amenities available from tea coffee and soap and shampoo etc was a very nice touch. The check in was simple and communication was great. Superb central location. The local area is full of coffee shops, bars and restaurants and it’s only a short walk to both Covent Garden and Oxford Street.
  : I would have liked better black out curtains/blinds in the bedroom. I would have liked a mirror in the bedroom too and a shelf actually in the shower would be helpful. The apartment (we were on the first floor) for all it is down what you think is a quiet back street is actually very noisy until the early hours of the morning. We had two very disturbed nights one involved me asking people at 2am who were continuing to party on the street below to move on. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs especially on a weekend. This is obviously not the fault of the apartment owners but it is something you are better to know about especially if travelling with a child.

  : The studio flat was on the top floor...and no lift! So rather a lot of steps to climb! Otherwise perfect.

  : The code to the main door did not work. Luckiily when we went out, i took a set of keys with me. Also, the WiFi did not connect.

  : Very good location, close to Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus, Soho, Oxford St, etc. Alot of great restaurants and bars nearby, not to mention a short walk to excellent shopping. Kitchen was very good, modern bathroom albeit small.
  : Apartment 31A was up 4 long flights of stairs (which wasn't mentioned anywhere during the booking). Not great for 2 large suitcases and bad knees! Accom was a bit short on supplies for a 7 night stay for 2 people, eg. 2 toilet rolls provided, 2 coffee capsules, no laundry powder, no paper towels, etc. unlike most accom of similar style we've stayed at. Bathroom was small with no shelves either at the vanity or in the shower to put soap, makeup, etc on (obviously not designed by a woman!) Bedroom was smaller than it appeared in photos, bed was double size, so also small!

  : Climbing the stairs but i should of asked how high we were!! No instructions on air con. Couldn't turn off. The coffee machine not v good! Bathroom very narrow!

  : Location is very good and nearby the important places that we want to see in London.
  : Apartment unit that we received on 4th floor and there is no lift or elevator. We had to carry our bags using stairs. It was very painful, and it took over 30 minutes get there from ground floor. There was nobody to help. For that reason, Sorry, I will not recommend this Apartment complex to anyone.
