  : Good location, Not a fantastic breakfast but fair according to the price !
  : We booked 3 rooms, One room was okay. Another one had a mouse trap underneath the bed. Unfortunately we found a mouse inside the 3rd room. However, they changed the room immediately but doesn't seems acceptable! Water was cold for a day, and shower was extremely small !

  : Even from the time of booking, the staff was very willing to answer any questions we had, especially Ms. Mahima, who was always willing and thorough in her responses. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, as access from Stansted Airport is possible with just one National Express bus route. The location also offers easy access to buses, trains, and the metro. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and full of restaurants, cafes, pubs, supermarkets, and souvenir shops. Upon our arrival, the staff continued to be eager to assist with any inquiries we had. The hotel has an elevator, which was particularly convenient with our luggage. Although the room space was small, which we were aware of beforehand, the elevated bed allowed us to store our luggage underneath, providing more space to move around. The breakfast was commendable, with many options, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammed, who was courteous and very helpful every day. The room and hotel premises were always clean and well-maintained. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our stay and believe that the value for money was excellent, especially compared to other hotels in the area. We would definitely recommend it to friends and would like to stay there again on a future visit to London

  : Breakfest was ok. Little choices, but what was there was good.Room looked better than expected.Staff was nice and helpful when we talked with them.
  : First room:- Was very damp and moist in the room. The air, bed sheets, pillows, everything.- It was very noise from the neighbouring rooms, the hall, outside (had 1 window that couldnt be shut), and especially from upstairs.- The window was above the bed-head and the curtain did not block all the light so when you wanted to sleep you would get light on your head.- We had to go ask for more shower gel, the cleaners did give new ones.- Seems like there was some moist damage or something in the window frame.We asked to change room as we did not get a single good night sleep in the first room.Second room:- VERY noisy from the neighbouring rooms.- VERY hot as it had no air condition.- The water pressure in the shower was very bad.- Small sink in the bathroom made it hard to wash hands and brush teeths.- No place to hang the towel in the bathroom.We still had no nights of good sleep in the new room.
