  : The room was very clean and well equipped whilst quite small. Common areas not so well groomed.
  : The entrance , having to go across to another establishment fir check in cheapens the hotel, the entrance mat and hall carpet not get clean and a battery light lit up the lift which was extremely low when we arrived home, not what you expect from a so called 4* hotel.

  : The staff was very nice an the rooms was very clean
  : I didn't like that my room was by the main door so everytime someone walked through the door they would slam the door rattling my whole room,someone needs to fix that door were it can't be slammed or put a sign on it

  : The room was very clean and well maintained
  : We received a much smaller room in comparison to the pictures posted. When we complained, we were told that we would receive a free upgrade for the next day. In the next day we left the hotel room and the staff entered our room to move our luggage (although this was not mentioned that will happen when they told us about the upgrade) they took a picture of our luggage that was unpacked and therefore we cannot be moved anymore. The staff also mentioned that they tried to contact us by phone call but we never received a call or email. After returning to the hotel later in the evening they refused to give us the upgrade for the reason stated above and offered us breakfast in exchange.Beware of the deluxe double room as they show a way bigger room as the one that you will receive and staff will promise upgrades that they will not offer.

  : Well located. Cosy room.
  : Not very clean. There was a used face mask between the desk and the wall (making it obvious the desk was not moved when cleaning the room ). I asked for extra pillows and they were left on the floor in the external corridor in front of the door of the room.The main bed is a foldable bed and is not very comfortable.

  : The hotel was in walking distance to the tube/subway. There were plenty of restaurants and shops near by. The room was sufficient for three people to stay. Bathroom was small but clean.
  : The hotel staff were very unpleasant - they did not explain anything. Our room was in the basement with a view of an alley way - awful! The room was rather dusty, as if it had not be used in a while. The second bed was an uncomfortable fold away bed, although I sent a message requesting a "real" bed prior to our stay. The hallways were very narrow and we were at the every end with additional small steps down as you proceed down the hallway -- not very convenient with luggage. We weren't informed we had to "pre-book" for breakfast and it was 2 pound more expensive if you did not pre-book. Not a great value. Did not met our expectations.
