  : The stay was very good. The location is just right to combine being in the heart of London without feeling overwhelmed with street noise at all times. When we had problems reaching the staff via WhatsApp, we were able to reach them via the extremely helpful staff via email (though not through booking's system for some reason). All the facilities in the flat were well-maintained and in great condition.
  : The apartment has venetian blinds, which are beautiful, but don't block out sunlight - while we were staying the sun went up at about 4 am - curtains could very well benefit the place for a better sleep, especially since there is no door between the sleeping area and the rest of the flat. When we arrived for a nine night stay we received four washing machine tablets, four dishwasher tablets, three garbage bags and four toilet rolls. We ended up buying more as we had problems reaching the staff mentioned (which was distressing in itself) and when our message got to them it didn't help much. I want to stress this is a minor issue at best, but it did create a less welcoming feeling. At the time of our stay there were renovations at the next building so it did create some noise.
