: The location to London's shopping and theater sections was terrific. Very easy to get around. Close to the underground and wonderful restaurants.The breakfast was delicious. It was overpriced, particularly for a family of 4 like ours, however, the food was well-prepared and the variety was much appreciated.
: Unfortunately, the room did not meet our expectations. Our "view" was of the scaffolding of the next door church.The A/C in our room did not work and we were forced to ask for 2 fans which only came an hour after repeated asks well after midnight.The shower water was only hot when we turned on the sink to divert the cold water away from the showers. The carpet looked soiled. Overall, the staff is under trained and not equipped to handle issues. One of our rooms was a junior suite and upon arrival were asked if we would give up the sofa bed since we wouldn't be "using it" and another room needed an extra bed. I told the clerk that we had paid for a junior suite with a sofa and if we gave it up we wouldn't have furniture for the sitting area. She still insisted she wanted to remove it from our room. An ENTIRE SOFA!!! We refused and kept the sofa, but it was an odd and disconcerting conversation to have upon arrival for a fully paid room.
