  : The staff were friendly and polite. The hotel was great, really quirky. We stayed in the 'Enter the dragon' room and loved the design. Beats your boring chain hotel anyday. Good location, easy walking distance to underground stations. Even though it was busy that weekend was nice and quiet in the rooms. The bed was very comfortable.
  : Only a little bar of soap no shampoo or shower gel, I do bring my own incase but they're generally supplied nowadays. Only plug sockets we could get to was by the bed as the others were right behind the wardrobe and out of reach so had to move kettle off side and boil it down beside the bed. Cups were tiny but it suited the decor and had no spoon to make tea & coffee with. Shower was nice but a bit tight to get in and out of. None of this ruined our stay.

  : The vintage furniture was cool, having parking (£20/day) and location.
  : The beds were two single mattresses pushed together, rather than a double. One of the singles had springs coming through that were unbearable so me and my partner had to squeeze onto the other single bed that was ever so slightly better. The sheets and pillow cases were covered in yellow and black stains. We had to sleep in full clothing with tshirts over the pillows as we were so concerned about these stains. Normally I would have reported this to reception and asked for another room, however the person on the reception desk was not someone I wanted to deal with more than what was necessary. He just did not stop talking, even as you were walking away or closing a door in his face. You had to ring the doorbell to be let in the hotel, even after checking in. You also had to give your room key back before leaving the hotel, even when not checking out. So every entrance and exit to the hotel meant being stuck in a 30 minute conversation with this member of staff. I would not stay here again.

  : This hotel is conveniently located close to Paddington Station. The front desk staff was actually the maintenance man who was filling in for a sick colleague, and he was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room ("Funky Zebra") was quirky and fun. I will definitely keep the Pavilion Hotel in mind for future London trips!
  : The WiFi was a bit spotty.

  : Great location, reasonably price for area, quirky and mad as a box of frogs! Very basic, although the decor is anything but! Only needed a bed for a night after an event, and it suited our needs perfectly. Not luxury by any means, though it looks very very cool, and it's better than you'd expect for the price.
  : In hindsight, I should have requested a room on a lower floor, as 4 or 5 flights of stairs didn't do my old man knees much good, though it's only a small gripe. The mattress was a really old sprung type which had seen better days, but to be fair, I'd have selpt on a bed of nails, I was so tired.

  : A very very unusual hotel/ room. My room was like walking into a film location. Amazing decor has to be seen to believe.
  : Bed not comfy, shower was ridiculous with a tiny space to get in and out - needs to be thought about.

  : We booked this hotel however when we arrived they took us to a different hotel a few doors down and we were given rooms there. The rate for those rooms were cheaper however we paid the same price. They made us pay in cash. The beds were uncomfortable and when we asked to speak to a manger they said we couldn't. Them email address also bounces back. Seems a bit Dodgy
