  : Overall is good experience.Staff are friendly in general,I would like to especially make compliments for carmen , Marie and Amdrei.Carmen and Amdrei helped me to move my luggage ..... they always try their best to help me book the room or swiping room. Amdrei are very friendly to everyone. Also, they are friendly and kind to guest, always with smile Moreover, I can see Marie put great effort to improve the overall experience of the hostel, she tried her best to pay attention to all detailed area, eg staff attitude, cleanliness, facility. She’s so nice!
  : Sometime the water drainage system is not good enough......

  : Location and the price the only selling points.
  : Staff at reception desk (asian guy (im asian too before someone assumes race card is being played!)) each night I arrived back from work event was extremely rude...and thats an understatement! Treated me like I didnt exist. First night I arrived didnt even say hello when I told him I had come to check in. Without even a word just put a plastic card on the reader machine, typed a few buttons and passed it to me. Didnt ask for ID, didnt know my name, no greeting or anything (security is really tight here!).On the second night my entry card didnt work on the doors and when I asked for it to be fixed, again no words from him. Treated me as an inconvenience to whatever he was listening to on his headphones. He just updated the card and passed it back making sure I knew I was an annoyance. Cheers mate really appreciated! After a long day at work its not really what you want to see nor do I want to start an argument with someone so bizarrely strange and that I no longer have to see after a couple of days.On the same second night I asked if I was entitled to a towel for my stay. He spoke for the first time (win!) in a angry tone saying 'WHAT?' as he was taken away from his headphones then asking 'what room was I staying in'. I replied 'single private room'. He then looks annoyed and gestures to the cupboard and says 'take one'. No please. No customer service. No..sorry it wasnt in the room to begin with. I leave on the third night and make sure i tell the surprisingly kind lady on the reception desk. She says she will let the 'guy' know of my feedback and asks if there is anything she can do to make up for it (nice of her but too little too late). I wonder if managament of this place ever were told of this guys behaviour.Wont be staying here again! I can stand a lot of things but bad service is the line. What a weird little guy.On the upside the room was clean, the shower was clean.Heres hoping people read this and stay...

  : I liked a lot the location, so close to the underground station and very well connected by bus with the rest of the city. Shops, supermarkets, and restaurants near the hostel are so cool and with many different styles. The staff is so warm and helpful and the place is so clean and relaxed.
  : The hostel has no elevator so going up and down 3 floors several times a day is not so comfortable. The bunks are a little noisy and the showers are kinda claustrophobic. The building needs a makeover here and there.
