Wonderful
Traveller Type: family with young children
  : Location excellent for tube stations, walking to Tower Bridge. Door keypad excellent for husband & I to go out and son & girlfriend to come & go separately. Bed very comfy. Kitchen although small was enough to make coffee & tea, toast, and keep fruit & sandwich fixings so we didn’t have to eat out for breakfast & lunch everyday. Shower is small but hot water was great. Nice to have a comfy couch to relax on after a long day of walking. Also loved the washer/dryer for a 13 day stay, and the ironing board & iron for our formal university graduation that we attended.
  : Could have provided more than 5 rolls of toilet paper for 13 nights for 4 people. We had to buy some. Also needed more than 3 garbage bags. Another set of towels would have been nice so we just used the washing machine to wash them during our stay. The construction noise outside the bedroom was pretty loud most days but it wasn’t constant.

  : The bed was nice and comfy and very spacious apartment
  : I couldn’t shower I had issues with the water. I had issue with making food and when I contacted the host for help I got a response next day. I ended up leaving my stay earlier then I booked.

  : Perfect location, well connected trough Liverpool Station with a view to the Gherkin.Very good interaction with host, fast and effective.Comfortable, convenient and spacious.
  : Hardly anything. Sofa bad legs a wee hard to set. Shower blocked on too hot water but after intervention - fixed. Not everyone likes hard mattresses - but we felt very comfortable.

  : The location was nice, close to Bank and Liverpool street underground stations. Clean and with all basic kitchenware.
  : The internet wasn’t working. I reported it the very first day upon my arrival (I spent a week there) and it was never fixed. That was a major issue for me as I needed the internet for work.
