  : it should have been clear that access was via a lane, it is very dark and near unpleasant bins.

  : Very bad to contact stayo for entry code.rang the stayo poor response.put us 1garrick st when I booked 10 Hanover st.the apartment was above the round house pub.noisy .stank of smoking.no air conditioning.wasnt cleaned.never stay at Stayo again
  : Pub under our apartment.not cleaned.very noisy and stank of cigarettes.stayo poor performance in dealing with us had to ring them about 10 times and email them.very lax.

  : The location was amazing. You could see the piazza at Covent Garden.
  : Noisy at night. If you plan to be out late a night that wont matter I guess. No air conditioning so had the windows open to the street noise

  : poor cleanliness- reported with photo evidence, offer of complimentary clean was a poor response.. should have been cleaned to the expected standard in the first placemouse in the bedroom- reported with housekeeping removing said mouse next day and laying extra mouse traps - apology not enough really given they were already prepared for such an occurrence in laying traps to begin withSofa not comfortable as a seat or sofa bedhigh level of scrutiny about me and my visit beforehand .. photo ID for what purpose as no meet and greet or reception. Enquiries managed through a remote servicesecurity deposit taken to release access details- expect full refund and some recognition of a refund on the booking given the poor standards experienced.
