  : It was beautifully decorated- we loved the open space inside.
  : The location felt unsafe for us (three women). The walls were so thin and we listened to people fighting outside our door the two nights we were there. It was horrible. The toilet had a small leak which made the floor slippery in the bathroom. I did alert the owners so hopefully that will be repaired. The shower was missing a safety mat and my daughter slipped and fell. We also could not figure out the taps so the water from the shower was scalding while the cold came out the faucet. The washing machine did not dry our clothes - after two hours of trying. They came out smellier than when they went in. We chose this property in part because of the washer dryer so this was so disappointing. There were no instructions for use either.

  : Location was in a nice neighborhood, close to the center. The apartment was very cozy and well equipped.
  : As it was warm in London during our stay, we missed being able to air the place out in the evening when we arrived at the flat. The bathroom needs less repairs.

  : The apartment is stylish, and maybe a few years back it was renovated with good quality materials. There is a dishwasher machine which is a nice touch, and a washing-drying machine although we did not have the stomach for that. With two smaller kids the bedroom was OK, but from school-age it would have been quite small. Easy access to the city, the subway station is close by.
  : First off, the entrance door was not locked when we arrived, and we had an annoying 1,5-2 hours on the phone with the company, until finally the lock gave up and let us lock the door. Also there was some garbage left here and there inside the apartment (empty plastic bottle, torn off plastic bag, some leaves from a tree...) Second: the bathroom floor has two rather big holes! One next to the toilet (elegantly hidden by a floor mat) and one next to the bathtub (again covered by a board and a rug). The smell of mould is a subtle hint that something is not right with the plumbing. Under the bathroom is the washing machine's room, in which there is a stench of mould. The company told us that someone will come and check (we left the keys in the box as requested), but they are yet to confirm that it has indeed happened. An apology if not a discount would have been nice. At least one of the holes "appeares" in one of the comments from March 2023, who would have thought that they could not fix that in four months?! Not only dishonest, but unsafe not to mention disgusting for some. If someone has an accident there, it could mean a huge sum in compensation, maybe bigger than repairing it in the first place... The sink was almost totally clogged, luckily some chemicals (that were already there) did the trick, and I the job of the cleaning crew... The kids had to sleep with us in the bedroom. The sofa in the living-room area is a joke, I was constantly afraid that it will collapse as one of us sat on it. Definitely not suitable for an adult, let alone two people. The kitchen doesn't have a microwave (come on, we live in the 21st century), but there is a double oven...
