  : the photo of the downstairs kitchen has no reflection on the room that was so small that you couldn’t sit on the toilet!!!.. the bed sheets were itchy and had hairs on them, the noise from the pub below kept us awake, the shower was moldy, the tv didn’t work and the cost was the same as a hotel!! Do not have any expectations, only use is to crash near theater district so get a hotel room.

  : the shower in our room was broken so we had to use a another room shower, with no way to lock the door while we showered , the tv was broken, no tv , no internet unless we went down to the lower level, you would think they would keep the hot tub hot and clean but no the guy said it would be need to be cleaned out and heated which would take 24 hours So no use of the hot tub either , we had 3 towels , one for each of us our whole stay, no hand towels, no face clothes , ants in our room were really bad, soooo very disappointed we paid all that money for pretty much a bed to sleep on

  : the location, very central
  : lack of space in the bedrooms. The bedroom is so small and yet an unesasary closet was set which should be taken away to create more living space. Same as the bathroom. The basket can be taken away so as to have room to turn around. The double bed was so tatty that it was so uncomfortable to sleep in.

  : Unfortunately there was a leak so I never got to see the apartment. We were then moved to another apartment which was a damp very strangely designed basement. After one night we were moved to another penthouse which was very nice but I did see a mouse in it! The agent really tried to help but I must say the experience was very bad.

  : Very very dissatisfied with the whole place. It really should NOT be on your web site.The bed was the smallest so called double I have ever seen.It was barely 120 cms wide and was tight to the wall on one side so it was difficult for the person that side to get out in the night .There was a huge plastic sofa taking up way too much room. No dressing table or similar for a lady to pamper herself .you had to stand on the bed to use the only mirror .The design of the bathroom was a joke,the toilet was unusable if you were over 8 stone.You had to be a brain surgeon to work the shower !! Overall an overpriced disappointment. Finally why do these types of rooms charge for cleaning when hotels do not ?
