  : The apartment was spacious, confortable and had everything you need for a short-term stay (incl. washing machine).
  : In the booking it was mentioned that I would meet someone upon arrival. This did not happen. Instead I was provided an access code to the property, which unfortunately did not work. Also, I could not get through to the agency by phone as I was put on hold all the time. At the end I had to ask my husband to call at the same time and he managed to speak to the agency to get the right access code.I did not manage to use some of the appliances such as the safe box and TV as they did not work as explained in the manual. I contacted the Agency but they could not provide the information nor come outside office hours so this issue was not resolved.

  : They should mention that the building has no lift and if you are given a flat on the third or the fourth floor, you're in for 25 plus stairs to climb every day.

  : On the thirdfloor when I had already advised I was in London for a hospital procedure , and my husband and I are both retired . Was too much of an effort to get up 4 flights of stairs
