  : Location is excellent - right in the heart of London
  : When we checked in we found the floors very dirty (fake eyelash found next to bed on floor), trash left in the trashcans from previous guests, freezer broken and covered in mold, lights in bathrooms not working, blind in bathrooms broken, ladders/stairs up to bedrooms dangerous, plates left in dishwasher from previous renters, washing in washing machine and dryer, very old fridge with a broken shelf, hob on stove not lighting, dangerous stairs throughout the property as carpet was pulled away so easy to slip and slide, flusher in toilet broken, and general disrepair, and completely rundown. The host sent a cleaner in the following day (so we couldn't use the property for that day) but that was the only thing that was fixed for the rest of our stay. When we complained to them and booking.com, the host claimed that we hadn't turned up and canceled our reservation to try and prevent us leaving a review). Luckily, we have a whole email and text trail of our complaints. Booking.com is going to chase them for their commission and we have tried asking for a refund, but they have not responded to that request. They have tried blaming us for some of the damage but we have photos to prove otherwise.Finally, a few days after leaving this dirty apartment, my son tested positive for COVID.

  : Location was fantastic, host was friendly
  : could do with some modernisation or atleast change the main TV to a smart TV as only 1 TV in the downstairs bedroom worked on our stay and they are all just freeview lcd. Has some rough spots that could do with a make over. Windows are very old careful opening them as it took us forever to figure out how to open 1 of them.

  : There is no communal area for people to hang apart from the kitchen There also told us to keep the volume down, with some graph which had been recording us... what do they expect from people with a property that can sleep up to 30 people in London not to make any noiseThe freezer did not work, the second microwave was a position which is virtually impossible to use.They told us not hang about outside the property because the neighbour might mind.Layout of the property is not the best
