  : Only 1 wine glass 1 pint glass and 3 very very chipped mugs, no coffee or tea pot. Enough dust under the bed to chock a grown man.

  : Good location, good size for a studio and balcony was a bonus.
  : It was very dirty, we could not use the cooker or toaster as filthy and had to clean everything before use. We also had to clean the inside of the balcony to see! Offered a re-clean but we had no time for this and did not want a stranger coming in when there were already 3 of us in small space. The point is it should have been clean on arrival! Totally unacceptable in normal times and cause for real concern during Covid times. All crockery was mis-matched and chipped. Only 2 wine glasses and 1 pint mug for 3 people. Sofa bed was old, very difficult to set up, uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Overall it appeared to be full of rejected items from a bad student flat! They had the cheek to offer a 25% refund on the cleaning fee.

  : Convenient location, very secure. Modern flat with nice small balcony.
  : Temperature in flat was 28-32 Celsius during our entire stay, at least 10 degrees hotter than outside. We had balcony door open (sometimes front door too) and fan on full blast whole time but couldn’t bear to spend any time in this sauna. No one ever came to check out the issue despite repeated calls and messages but I was offered a partial refund after we left. Bedding was really poor quality and uncomfortable and flat could have been much cleaner.

  : The apartment was lovely and clean. Really comfortable and had everything you need. Shops were only a few minutes walk away including restaurants, cafes, supermarkets etc. Good location from central London, would definitely stay again!
  : Only issue was that the previous guests had lost/taken the tv remote so I had no access to the TV. The cleaning lady was very nice and informed the host of this but it wasn’t a huge problem at all as I was only there for a short stay.

  : Very nice flat, perfectly located. I spent a couple of weeks there and it felt very much like home. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!
