  : Nothing. I spent all my stay on calls with Guest services to fix and maintain things, and some of the flying butler customer service agents are outright rude human beings !
  : Everything in the flat needs Maintenace. They changed TV and wifi router while I was there. As all were broken when I came. Wifi connectivity is terrible, hit and miss, you can’t do any remote work on that. The DLR Train is directly under the flat window, terrible noise all day and night. And the worst Customer & Guest services team ever.

  : A very comfortable studio apartment with all the facilities I would expect. Minutes from the DLR and Tesco's. A really easy journey into the city. Limehouse basin and the canal is a surprisingly pleasant place to have a stroll.
  : Being close to the road it's a bit noisy with the windows open but not unbearable. But conversely never heard from or saw my neighbours. Few local places to eat.

  : Comparing to the price, customer's service is surprisingly low. They avoid issuing formal invoice pushing me to send complain to the Booking help centre. Even then, I didn't get required document.
