  : It’s a simple but nice studio flat, great for a short trip. The house itself was pretty quiet, so it was quite comfortable to stay inside on rainy days. The location is amazing, very central and close to tube stations. Also Hicham was very helpful and attentive! Will definitely be considering this place for the next trip.

  : Great location to explore London. Good separate bedroom area and a friendly host.

  : The location was great and the person who came to meet us was very helpful. The flat was quite spacious and served as a great base for the area. Lots of hot water and well heated.
  : The photos that I saw on the website were not the same as the room, but I believe that I should have looked closer to find the exact pictures for the room I chose ... the photos on the top of the listing, are, I understand, generic.

  : The hallway smells terrible. the door lock was broken, I reported It but it wasn’t fixed.Bed was was very uncomfortable, I had back pain from it Some furniture in the apartment was broken see pictures, I sat down on a chair and almost fell to the floor!!Bathroom was dirty with hairThere was mold in the showerSofa was tornBottom line an awful experience I will never stay here again

  : Great WiFi. Perfect location with great access to underground stations and restaurants, all within walking distance (5-10 minutes). I would 100% choose to stay here again due to the great price and amazing location. A great area for real London-ey vibes!
  : Can be very noisy, due to the roadworks and underground trains which can wake you up early morning. The floor above us had a very creaky floorboard, and we could hear people walking above which was disturbing at night time.Cleanliness could be better, some kitchen facilities (the hob) were greasy including kitchenware which weren't washed properly. Thankfully cleaning products were available for us to tackle this :)
