  : Nothing, just good location.
  : Rude staff, not disabled people access, dirty room, unsafe room door, not closed well.Lift doesn't work, and we have the room on the 5th floor. My wife is a disabled person and we can not stay, we explained to the staff but they weren't cancelled and we must pay another accommodation. I showed she has a 52% of disability but for they, it doesn't matter, and they don't care. Finally we didn't stay and went to another hotel where we found a very friendly staff, disabled access, clean bedroom at same location. Presidential Apartments at Barkston Gardens St is a perfect option.

  : Location, and price. Easy walk to Gloucester St station, and a great Italian restaurant.
  : Single room was tiny. Hard to fit 2 suitcases. Shower was stuck on hot water so had to go down to front desk, however they sent the handyman up straight away and he was able to rectify. Aircon unit was not operating. Power outlets at bed head were behind the bed frame and couldnt be accessed at all. Had to boil kettle while it was sitting on the bed. TV did not work.

  : Safety shower mat
  : Let's start with the positive: the shower area had a plastic safety mat to avoid one slipping on soapy water. Our stay was so far the worst I have ever had with booking.com in +10 years. Their publicity on booking.com does not reflect the real state of the hotel. Dirty front desk, smelly moldy older on the elevator, dirty sleeping room, stained walls, windows do not close; therefore rain water goes in. bedroom door does not lock properly leaving the feeling anyone could have entered the room and taken everything from us. In the toilet, the faucet was broken, water flows everywhere outside of the sink, no ground towels. The shower doors also did not close properly, water goes all over the toilet. Shower heat was only scalding hot; there was no way to lower the water temperature as the shower control unit was old and could easily come off the wall. Shower heads also broken, water flows on the side rather than on a person. Hotel claims to accept American Express payment, however at arrival they are difficult about accepting it and pushes to another payment method, in the end declining the Amex payment option. It was really disappointing and staff knows the hotel conditions and act up like nothing is going on. I do hope booking.com does something about it because this hotel clearly does not have 3 stars standard and should not be offered as such. Kind regards from a disappointed customer who shall not be returning ever nor will recommend people to stay at this hotel.

  : Great location. Easy, short walk to tube, Royal Albert Hall, V&A museum and Kensington venues in general. Cheap.
  : Double room very small. Bed pushed right up to a window which, when opened, had no safety guard. Really dangerous! No smoke alarms. Windows single glazed so very noisy for sleeping and extremely hot at night due to not being able to open the window due to lack of safety. Room was shabby and in desperation of a wash down and some paint. Lift is grubby. Best part of the stay was the location but unfortunately the hotel leaves a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness and decor.
