: Hotel was perfect location. Staff were very friendly.
: The beds were solid as rocks, there was a single small fan in the rooms which did not help cool it at all, the rooms and hotel had funny smells.

: Wifi included, window, tea and coffee making facilities.
: There were apps on the tv, I couldn’t use them i.e netflix as wasn’t connected to the wifi. They wouldn’t even work when hot spot from my own personal mobile phone. Disappointing. Considering my last stay I was locked in the bathroom for over 45 mins I was surprised no compensation or extra effort made to ensure comfort considering both times I had surgery.

: The location of the property was very central.
: Firstly, the room was unbearably hot throughout our stay, making it extremely uncomfortable for us to sleep. Despite our efforts to adjust the room temperature, it remained unreasonably warm, leading to restless and disturbed sleep on both nights. Opening the window, which only allowed, a small ventilation, made absolutely no difference. We expect a certain level of comfort when booking accommodation, and unfortunately, this was not met.Additionally, building and construction work commenced at 7 AM outside our hotel window, on both mornings, causing further disturbances and meant a premature start to the day on both mornings. This exacerbated our discomfort and significantly affected our overall experience.We reported these issues to the reception team on two separate occasions, but regrettably, their response was neither helpful nor accommodating. We felt our concerns were not taken seriously, which added to our frustration.
