  : Great location in London, excellent value, and lots of space for a family to stay. The manager responded very quickly to requests. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood which made our stay all the more enjoyable. Kitchen is huge and comfortable for preparing meals. The property manager has addressed issues mentioned in older reviews below. There is now a microwave and a Nespresso Vertuo machine in the kitchen, and last year's problem with water temperature control is fully fixed.

  : Proximity to things we wanted to see such as the Natural History Museum and V&A.
  : Limited resources that you would usually find in a property for an extended stay, such as additional dish cloth, toilet paper, bin bags, washing machine tablets. All of which I have left for the next family. Areas of the place need attention for safety reasons. The flooring is not secure. (One of the children sliced their toe open on a sharp edge of floor boards which move). the ceiling in the bathroom is falling down. The glass furniture all needs attention as well as damaged dining chairs, one of which you couldnt sit on as the material was the only thing holding it together. Wobbly dining and coffee tables certainly made for a tense time with children. Dryer that doesnt dry clothes and the dishwasher that needed a proper clean out because it didnt wash dishes. The fan that needed to be put back together so it could be used. The second bedroom wasnt clean. Found long black hair in the bed and on the carpets. We are all blondies!

  : I loved the area , close to everything, a pub across the road ( very London ). Even with being very central to everything the street was quiet and relaxed.

  : Excellent location and is very spacious. Love an old property and can forgive a lot because of it. Owners responded quickly when a property alarm went off below us. But.....
  : Cheaply furnished in places and sadly where it counts. Beds are very uncomfortable due to the cheap mattress and base. We are average-weight people but could feel the ridges of the base of the bed and mattress springs and did not get a good night's sleep. The sofa in the living room was the same. Very uncomfortable. Again sitting down you could feel the wooden base and edges. The coffee table is very wobbly and not put together very well and as in a previous review someone had mentioned the badly cracked floor tiles in the bathrooms - they are still there. The flat was a real contradiction - bedding and pillows and cushions were sumptuous, but DO NOT make up for an uncomfortable bed and seating! I would challenge the owners to stay overnight and say differently! One small gripe - if you have a Nespresso machine, it would be helpful to provide a couple of capsules or to indicate what sizes it uses on your booking information.

  : Staff attitude. We supposed to check out at 10:00. Due to some circumstances, we requested to stay for 15minutes more but the cleaning staff rejected.

  : Quiet location in lovely neighborhood. 3 metro stops to Big Ben. Smooth check-in process.Nicely equipped (Nespresso machine, gas stove, dishwasher).
  : No airco on hot days make it very hot to sleep.
