  : It was clean.Good range of TV channels.Quiet late at night.Always had hot water/good water pressure.
  : The location is closed to lots but I didn't like that all the deliveroo, etc delivery guys parked up outside the parts all the time, it didn't fell safe. Super extra noisy on Sundays.The PAT testing seemed to be out of date on some things. There is no co2 monitor but the welcome manual said there should be.No mirror other than one in the bathroom which I just just about use. They need a full length one in the bedroom.The TV remote batteries weren't working. They only left us one towel, one bowl, one tall glass when they knew 2 people were staying. The bed isn't comfortable. There is Aircon but it doesn't work, I emailed enquiring about it as it does turn on but then turns right off with an error code which I googled and it said it needs refrigerant, they emailed me back saying there is no Aircon and there won't be and as the temperature in London was up to 26c this was unacceptable especially as I had informed them I would be recovering from surgery and would be in the apartment constantly. The extractor fan may as well not be there as it doesn't go anywhere it extracts into the room so with the heat and the smells we couldn't cook and had to spend a fortune on takeaways. There is a door behind the curtains this needs either boarded up or better sealed. We were 1 floor below ground.The toaster is rubbish. No fire extinguisher even though it says there should be one in the welcome book. There is no extraction in the bathroom and the bathroom constantly stinks. The toilet seat is broken and move about a lot.The windows really need cleaned.The corner of our duvet was dirty/stained.There was nowhere to dry your clothes even though there was supposed to be a clothes drying rack provided.It's a disgrace for the amount of money we spent.

  : The room was tiny but served it's purpose it was almost like having a bed in your kitchen.

  : Ground floor flat facing the street cant open window no air con. Even though room was very clean and in pristine condition, there was a smell of dampness as air from showere got trapped inside. The lack of air con and window with kitchen equipment and bathroom in a small space = not good air quality

  : Property was well equipped although there was no tea towel which is kind of important when theres a kitchen.
  : Unfortunately the street outside the property is a gathering place for bike delivery guys who seem to only communicate by shouting. Given theres no AC in the apartment the windows being open was crucial to a comfortable temperature. As a result we were disturbed for long periods of the afternoon and evening.
