  : The property and the location was excellent. Well ventilated. Full of natural light.
  : The facilities was poor. The oven/griller is not working. The toaster was missing. There was blocked in wash basin. In spite of making complaint to host. They did not bothered to respond. Microwave not mentioned in the list so not available. Even the provided untensil/apparatus like cattle was full of rust and utensil are in very bad shape.

  : great location just 10 minutes walkway to underground station and Hyde park, many shops near underground station such as sainsbury ,whole food, h&m, zara etc.

  : The bags of rubble that greeted us on the door steps and blocked our access to the key box. The demand for photo ID and other personal information before confirming the booking to protect THEIR security, not the customers. The bath that didnt function as a bath, the bathroom sink that didnt drain for the whole weekend, meaning we had to brush our teeth over the kitchen sink. The ironing board and iron that were pretty much unusable.
